The focus of surveys in the Upperudsälven catchment area and the Dalbergså/Holmsang water system shall be to describe both the chemical and biological state of the water area. The permit shall be related to impacts from point sources, land use, individual sewers, fallout from the air and weather conditions. Supplies and shipments of nitrogen, phosphorus and organic matter shall be carried out for parts of the catchment area. Developmental trends shall be related to changes in supply from different sources and weather conditions.
