The purpose of this framework agreement is to precisely regulate the topographical services carried out on behalf of the Grand Port of Nantes Saint-Nazaire (GPMNSN). The overall objective is twofold: to meet the expectations of services requiring topographical services of all kinds and to make use of the latter to ensure the systematic updating of the topographic repository.
