1.The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in facilities belonging to the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre “Bystrzyca” in Lublin Spółka z limited liability, according to tasks 1-2:

Task No. 1 - Maintaining cleanliness in Pool Facilities belonging to the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre “Bystrzyca” in Lublin Company with limited liability - AQUA Lublin and CRS Swan.

Task No. 2 - Maintaining cleanliness in Sports and Recreation Facilities belonging to the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre “Bystrzyca” in Lublin Company with limited liability - Complex of Outdoor Pools “Słoneczny Wrotków” located at Osmolicka Street on Zemborzycki Zemborzycki Zemborzycki Lublin.

2.A detailed description is included in the Offer Costs and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting the Zał respectively. No. 1A.1- 1A.2 and Zał. No 2.1-2.2 to SWZ.

3.Each of the tasks will be subject to a separate procedure related to the selection of the offer.

The contracting party requires that the activities directly related to the execution of the subject of the contract are carried out by persons employed on the employment contract based on Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1976 — (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320). The detailed scope of activities is included in the WF. 2.1 to SWZ.
