The municipal sectors concerned by this contract are: Coubron, Clichy-Sous-Bois, Gagny, Le Raincy, Livry-Gargan, Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-Sur-Marne, Noisy-Le-Grand, Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois, Rosny-Sous-Bois, Vaujours and Villemomble. The municipalities of Gournay-Sur-Marne and Montfermeil are not included in the scope of this framework agreement. Indeed, the competence "management of household and similar waste" of these two municipalities is managed by the Joint Association for the Removal and Treatment of Household Waste (Sietrem). The purpose of this lot is the reception of wood and its treatment. Wood waste comes from the territory's waste disposal facilities, municipal technical services and markets. For the purposes of this Framework Agreement, the following have included in the term "wood waste":- Class A wood: pallets, wooden boards, bastaings, cleats, crates,- Class B wood: demolition wood, chipboard, plywood, medium, the candidate is invited to list the materials authorized in each category (A; B) and indicate the accepted level of impurity; The skips will come from:- the Gagny waste disposal facility (3 Chemin d'accès aux Abbesses, 93 220 Gagny);- the Pavillons-Sous-Bois waste disposal facility (15 Boulevard de Paris, 93 320 Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois);- the Villemomble waste disposal facility (Allée du Plateau, 93 250 Villemomble);- the Neuilly-Sur-Marne waste disposal facility (avenue des marchandises (93 330 Neuilly-Sur-Marne);- the Noisy-Le-Grand waste disposal facility (9 rue de la plaine, 93 160 Noisy-Le-Grand) ;- the waste disposal facility of Livry-Gargan (60 rue de Vaujours, 93 190 Livry-Gargan) (optional); ;- the waste disposal center of Vaujours (optional);- the food market of Noisy-Le-Grand for crates Avenue Aristide Briand in Noisy-Le-Grand;- municipal technical services. The waste to be treated by this batch is:- clean rubble, inert waste: any waste that does not undergo any significant physical, chemical or biological modification, does not decompose, burn, does not produce any physical or chemical reaction, is not biodegradable and does not deteriorate the materials with which it comes into contact in a way likely to cause damage to the environment or human health. R541-8 of the Environmental Code); The candidate is invited to list the materials authorized in this category and to indicate the accepted impurity rate; - soiled rubble: presence of DIB (common industrial waste); The candidate is invited to list the materials authorized in this category and to indicate the accepted impurity content; - plaster: plasterboard, tiles, honeycomb partitions.
