2. The subject of the contract is the implementation of successive deliveries of diesel oil in batches in an estimated amount of approx. 509 000 liters, in batches within 24 months, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.

1) Successive deliveries of diesel oil will be carried out by the Contractor for a period of 24 months 2) The Contractor will deliver diesel oil in accordance with the demand reported by the Contracting Authority to its double-shell above-ground tanks in four locations: - Waste Management Plant in Korczów (Korczów 199, 23-400 Biłgoraj) - to a tank with a capacity of 5,000 l - ZWiK Hydrofornia (14 Targowa Street, 23-400 Biłgoraj) – for a tank with a capacity of 2 500 l - ZWiK Treatment Plant (Krzeszowska 21, 23-400 Biłgoraj) - for a tank with a capacity of 2 500 l - PGK Sp. z o.o. base (Łąkowa 13, 23-400 Biłgoraj) - for a tank of 5 000 l, The Ordering Party additionally informs that it provides for the possibility of installing an additional tank with a smaller capacity in this location without changing the volume of anticipated deliveries 3) Deliveries will be made no more often than 1 time a week to those specified in paragraph 2) location by the Contractor's own transport, delivery hours 8 – 14, at other times after agreement with the Ordering Party 4) Settlements for deliveries will be based on wholesale fuel prices according to PKN ORLEN quotations. c) Transport/delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out entirely by the Contractor with his efforts and equipment. All means of transport of the Contractor should be equipped with a distribution system legalized by the Main / Regional Office of Measures that meets the technical conditions for the transport of liquid fuels, resulting from applicable law. The purchased diesel oil is intended exclusively for the Ordering Party's own use. 9) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of reducing or increasing the amount of diesel oil ordered. The increase or decrease in the quantity ordered shall not exceed 10 % of the total order. The change in the purchase volume will result from reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party. For a change in the quantity of diesel oil purchased in relation to the quantity covered by the contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any financial or legal claims. 10) Deliveries of the ordered diesel oil will be carried out successively, in the form of individual transports of this fuel, by road tankers. Deliveries of diesel oil must be carried out in accordance with applicable law on the transport of goods, including dangerous goods. 11) The costs of fuel supply shall be included in the price of the offer.
