Compliant Procurement Solutions (CPS) is seeking to arrange a new framework agreement for use by CPS members and other contracting authorities within the UK. The purpose of the framework agreement will be to select and appoint appropriately licensed energy suppliers within the UK including Northern Ireland.

It is anticipated that the majority of CPS members and other contracting authorities will utilise CPS's Approved Energy Consultants to facilitate the selection of an appropriate energy supplier via the mini-competition route.
