The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners and other waste from the area of the Municipality of sanok in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023

1The object of the order is:

1) the collection and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka City,

2) the collection, transport and development of municipal waste collected selectively from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka,

3) the collection, transport and development of biowaste (biodegradable kitchen waste (only vegetable origin) from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka City,

4) reception, transport and development of ashes from property owners residing from the territory of the Municipality of Sanoka City,

5) the collection, transport and development of other non-biodegradable waste from the landlords of property on which residents do not reside and municipal waste from Sanoka Municipality (waste from cemeteries) is created,

2. The Contractor collecting municipal waste is obliged to comply with the applicable provisions of law, in particular: the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022.699, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022.1297, as amended), the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions waste (Journal of Laws 2021.906), Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 (Regulation on animal by-products) ( OJ L.2009.300.1 of 2009.11.14 ), Resolutions of the City Council of Sanok specifying the procedure for dealing with waste, including the Resolution on the adoption of the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of sanok."."
