The purpose of this consultation is the preventive and corrective maintenance and major maintenance work on elevators, freight elevators and lifts in all buildings in the City of Clichy. This is a single-awarding framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued pursuant to Articles L.2125-1, R2162-1 to 6 and R2162-13 and 14 of the Code. Preventive maintenance services will be treated at a fixed price in accordance with the price indicated in the deed of commitment. Corrective maintenance services and major maintenance work will be treated at unit prices in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The purchase order part is fixed without minimum annual amount and according to the maximum annual amount of 500,000 euro (s) excluding VAT
