External assistance with the execution of an area review in the area of labour market measures is to be procured. The purpose of the area review is to obtain faster and more stable connection to the working lives of more people through more effective and knowledge-based use of labour market measures. The review will be an important contribution to systematising knowledge on which measures are effective for different user groups and identifying suggestions for how the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) can use and develop knowledge at meetings with users.
The work will be carried out in two phases and will be completed by 1 December 2023. The work requires a close contract with the contracting authority and other stakeholders.
Th estimated value of the contract is up to NOK 8 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
