The construction contract is divided into two contract phases. Contract phase 1 includes the construction of part F with yard areas and geothermal heat work, the necessary preliminary work, and the demolition of parts K and A. Contract phase 2 includes the construction of part D and the demolition of parts L and M, as well as the completion of the yard area.

The gross area of the project is 15,042 m² and the volume is approximately 66,444 m3. Including new buildings, renovation of old premises 1,636 m² and other technical facilities 137 brm².
