The contract concerns the identification of a consultant for methodological support activities in the interpretation of the legislation, in the identification of the criteria, in the identification and reporting of the eco-sustainable activities of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council (and delegated acts), as well as in the gap analysis of the Group's IT systems, for the purpose of including the appropriate disclosure in the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement included in the 2022 Group Annual Financial Report, also through benchmark analysis of the criteria used within the FS Group and with respect to companies/groups comparable in complexity to the FS Group. The activities covered by the contract are specified in detail in the Technical Specifications and in the Contract Scheme and related Annexes, in the NDA Scheme, etc.
The total value of the award will be equal to that offered in the tender by the successful tenderer of this procedure which must not exceed the amount placed at the base of the tender equal to € 600,000.00, excluding VAT.
The Contract that will be signed with the successful bidder will have a duration of 12 months from the conclusion of the Contract.
Pursuant to Determination no. 3/2008 of the A. V.C.P., the amount relating to security charges, so-called external, is equal to € 0.00, as the Contract does not present risks of interference pursuant to art. 26 co. 3 bis of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments due to the intellectual nature of the service being entrusted. For this reason, the DUVRI has not been drafted.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option of temporal extension of the Contract, before its natural expiry, for a maximum of a further 6 months, at the same prices, agreements and conditions, with one or more unilateral acts, in the event that the maximum amount established is not exhausted at the expiry of the same. For the methods of activation of the option, please refer to the Tender Specification and the Contract Scheme.
[Options] Pursuant to art. 106, co. 1, letter a) of d.lgs. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29, co. 1, Legislative Decree no. 4/2022, in case of exercise of the temporal extension option, after 12 months from the date of stipulation of the Contract, the fees due to the Contractor may be subject to a specific revision, increasing and / or decreasing, according to the terms and methods indicated in the Tender Specification and in the Contract Scheme.

For the purposes of participation in this procedure, it is represented that, with effect from 1 January 2022, the so-called cooling in period (Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of EU Regulation 537/2014) has begun and that on 04/02/2022 the restricted procedure eGPR FS 2022 was called for the assignment of statutory audit services for the FS Group Companies and other tasks related to them for the nine-year period 2023-2031 (the relative Call for tenders was sent to the UPUEE on 04/02/2022 and was published in the G.U.U.E. n. GU/S S28 72705-2022-IT of 09/02/2022, on the GURI, 5th Special Series, number 19 of 14/02/2022, on the Purchasing Portal of Ferservizi SpA, on the website of Ferservizi SpA, on the website of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility, as well as for an excerpt in the newspapers "La Repubblica" and "Il Corriere dello Sport" of 16/02/2022). Therefore, potential suppliers for the purpose of participating in any tender of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group must take into account the above.
