1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law for the needs of the Iława District and subordinate units.

2. The subject matter of the contract consists of two parts:

1) Part 1 - Energy supply in 2024:

a) the subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law for the needs of the Iława County and subordinate units in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024,

2) Part 2 - Energy supply in the years 2025-2026:

a) the subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law for the needs of the Iława District and subordinate units in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026

1) Part 1 - Energy supply in 2024:

a) the subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law for the needs of the Iława County and subordinate units in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024,

b) the total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 is 2,403.040 MWh,

c) the description of the subject matter of the contract for lot 1 is included in Appendix No. 6A to the Terms of Use and the model agreement is included in Appendix No. 7A to the Terms of Reference together with Appendix No. 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the agreement) and No. 2 (power of attorney),

d) the description of the subject matter of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardized – it will be performed identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), all life cycle costs are taken into account – margin, commercial balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs, and excise duty. In addition to the above-mentioned costs, the Contracting Authority does not anticipate any other costs of electricity supply.

2) Part 2 - Energy supply in the years 2025-2026:

a) the subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law for the needs of the Iława District and subordinate units in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026

b) the total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2026 is 4 806.080 MWh,

c) the description of the subject matter of the contract for lot 2 is included in Appendix No. 6B to the Terms of Use and the model agreement is included in Appendix No. 7B to the Terms of Reference – together with Appendix No. 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the agreement) and No. 2 (power of attorney),

d) the description of the subject matter of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardized – it will be performed identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), all life cycle costs are taken into account – margin, commercial balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs, and excise duty. In addition to the above-mentioned costs, the Contracting Authority does not anticipate any other costs of electricity supply
