The purpose of this contract is to define the technical, administrative, financial and commercial conditions under which the following will be carried out, within the territorial jurisdiction of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération, on behalf of Baie d'armor Transports:

- the subcontracting of on-demand transport services for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PMR),

- Proxitub on-demand transport services and school transport for pupils in the Ulis/Segpa classroom, in a more exceptional way
