The Framework will be let for a three year period (with an option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month period) intended to commence 1.10.2015.The framework will consist of two LOTs as detailed below.

The framework will be available to all members of the PAE details of who can be found by accessing www.paessex.gov.uk and will comprise of no more than eight contractors on each LOT of which Greenfields will then select a contractor from both/either LOT(s) to carry out the service for Greenfields.

LOT 1 VOID Cleaning and Clearance

The LOT will include but not limited to provide cleaning and clearance services to void properties and gardens. Works may also be required on occasions in occupied properties and communal areas.

LOT 2 Communal Cleaning

The LOT will include providing scheduled cleaning in communal areas of occupied residential flats.
