The project consists of the renovation of the Bonnenfant school group in Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78). The school group is made up of six distinct areas detailed in the documents of the Business Consultation File (DCE). This consultation only concerns lots 1b, 2, 3a, 3b and 4 of the contract. Lots 1a, 1c and 6 will also be the subject of further separate consultations, according to the appropriate procedure reserved for "small lots" as provided for by article R.2121-1 of the public procurement code. As an indication, the provisional date for notification of works contracts and the start of the site preparation period is set at 5.7.2021.
