Sports-event organisation services. A competitive contract for the provision of a venue and facilities for British Telemark training and racing.

1. Ski resort that can accommodate up to 150 personnel for 15 days with suitable training slopes and federation International de Ski (FIS) homologated GS slope for Telemark racing.

a. Provide a venue for Telemark ski championships with FIS homologated GS slope for Telemark racing. The venue must be on mainland Europe,within one days drive of Calais, no further than 3 hours from an international airport and have acceptable public transport links. The resort must also have suitable slopes for teaching beginners and race techniques. The resort will be required to build a jump and large banked turn as part of the race slope and have aflat area by the finish to permit a skating Section of 200-300m(as per FIS regulations) Any race slopeshould take a maximum of 20 minutes to get from the finish area back to the start area by use of lifts ideally 10 minutes or less. Suitable medical and mountain rescue support is required to support the taining and racing as are homolgated timing systems and appropriate safety provisions and netting.

b. The venue must provide a suitable race office with the ability to connect to broadband internet and conduct administration A suitable location for 140 personnel to attend a prize giving is also required The venue must provide accommodation for upto 150 personnel for 15 days. Accommodation must have a range of catering options (self-catering B&B and half board) and be within walking distance of the lift facilities and race office Facilities for racers personnel ski preparation are required. Championship dates are:

(1) 2013: 5-20 Jan

(2) 2014: 6-19 Jan

(3) 2015: 5-20 Jan

A one year contract with 2 option years.
