The copiers are rented. The contract includes the rental, the maintenance work with a response time of 8 hours (including the arrival and departure, the working time of the technicians and the spare parts), the delivery of original manufacturer consumables (including toner, except paper), the free return of toner cartridges, residual toner containers, spare parts, the free disposal of packaging materials from the installation site, the UHG (copyright levy), the installation of the equipment and the Instruction of employees. After termination of the contract, the devices are to be picked up free of charge from the respective location.

The schools to be supplied are all located in the city of Jena. Based on the analysis of recent years, the monthly copy volume of all devices is approximately 450,000 prints and copies per month, divided into 440,000 pages of black and white and 10,000 pages of color. The contractor is not entitled to the acceptance of a minimum number of copies.
