The purpose of this consultation is to take out an insurance contract for the renewal of the National Insurance Program of Social Security Bodies, governed by the Insurance Code within the framework of a framework agreement subject to the provisions of the Public Order Code. The market is interbranch and concerns all organizations in metropolitan France, including Corsica, and the Drom. It is also open to ARS with the exception of Mayotte. The contract is allocated in 4 lots: lot 1 Risks of damage to property, lot 2 Risks of liability and medical liability, lot 3 civil liability of corporate officers lot 4: construction framework agreement

the purpose of this contract is the subscription of the property damage insurance contract for the renewal of the National Insurance Program of Social Security Organizations. Subsequent contracts concluded by the organizations will be ordinary (without purchase orders) these services will be ordered by the organization in accordance with the provisions of this contract and the framework agreement

the purpose of this contract is to take out the Liability Risk and Medical Liability insurance contract for the renewal of the National Insurance Program of Social Security Organizations. These services will be ordered by each organization in accordance with the provisions of this contract and the framework agreement. Subsequent contracts for lot 2 will be partly lump sum and partly purchase orders with regard to the subscription of the "legal protection" guarantee. Indeed, within the framework of this lot, the organizations will have the possibility to issue a purchase order, with regard to their own needs, for the subscription of the guarantee "legal protection". For the purchase order part the maximum amount of 110,000 euros (excluding tax).
