The purpose of the project management mission is to study and carry out the integration work of all the equipment that the Aulnay and Palaiseau Infrastructure Maintenance Sites must be equipped with to ensure its activity. This mission covers the equipment of the site which will be made available by the SGP to the Infrastructure Manager, RATPI. Indeed, the site will be finalized in terms of building finishes, but will have to be equipped with tertiary and industrial furniture (workbenches, storage, handling, etc.). Premises will have to be redesigned to implement these Slis as well as to incorporate functional changes.

The 23,000m² and 12,000m² sites are made up of tertiary premises, operating spaces (changing rooms, workshops, logistics, etc.), a repair hall for rail vehicles, indoor parking, etc.

The estimated value of the development works is 2,000,000 euros

The service is divided into 2 firm tranches (Tf1: aps, apd, pro/dce and ACT, Tf2: integration of furniture (Slis) and possible modification work in the Bim model) and 3 conditional tranches (Co1: pr,/dce, act visa, det, aor, gpa, Co2: microzoning and detailed implementation, Co3: additional missions synthesis and furniture. The project will be based on the program and macrozoning recently updated by a programmer. The telecom project manager is outside the mission, it will be carried out internally by RATP
