Supervision of HZB by appointed occupational safety specialists on the basis of DGUV regulation 2.

On the basis of the number of hours calculated in accordance with the working aid for DGUV Regulation 2, Annexes 3 and 4, the performance is approx. 1.5 positions (based on a weekly working time of 40 hours).

The following weekly attendance is planned:

4 days/week with approx. 8 hours each and one presence from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a maximum of 2,974 hours p.a.

The service will be carried out both at the Adlershof site (Albert-Einstein-Str. 15, 12489 Berlin) and equally necessary at the Wannsee site (Hahn-Meitner-Platz 1, 14109 Berlin). The need for the activity at the respective location results primarily from the self-organization of the occupational safety specialist or is indicated by the client in good time.

Work on the PC, such as the preparation of protocols and reports, the annual report and the examination of operating instructions, can also be carried out outside HZB, regardless of location.

The safety-related support includes both basic support and company-specific support for currently

approx. 1,288 employees (as of 05/2023) of HZB and approx. 800 visiting scientists.
