The subject of the contract are services related to the Large Family Card IT System (SI KDR) in the scope of:

1) development;

2) administer and remove failures and errors;

3) support users through the provision of a hot-line service.

Detailed information on the description of the subject, scope and conditions of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) together with attachments, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

For the purpose of preparing tenders, the contracting authority shall make the SI KDR documentation available for inspection. The documentation will be made available at the contractor's written request submitted via the Platform. The contracting authority will make the documents available on weekdays, between 10:00 and 15:00, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy, 4 Bracka Street in Warsaw.
