The assignment consists of:
1) job marketing of vacancies and (recruitment) campaigns via a digital platform;
2) tailor-made/advice for vacancies and (recruitment) campaigns;
The municipality expects the contractor to be able to advise and have knowledge of:
• marketing and publication;
• target groups (including how to approach and analyses);
• positions that are difficult to fill (e.g. in technology, ICT, legal, security);
• trends and developments of the (current) labour market;
• social media channels.
