The primary purpose of the tender procedure is to contract a professional Supplier for the hiring of flexible workers.
The sub-goals of the tender are:
- RSG Wolfsbos wants to be a good employer, also for hired employees. She does not want a distinction in terms of employment between permanent employees and hired employees. RSG Wolfsbos therefore wants to do business with a partner who is also a good employer and who facilitates and supports its employees well,
- RSG Wolfsbos mainly makes use of the hiring of flexible workers in the event of illness / maternity leave (short-term). It must therefore be possible to switch within the short term by the Supplier. RSG Wolfsbos wishes to be offered well-qualified personnel who are suitable for the relevant position (s) on paper as well as functionally.
Lot 1: teaching and support staff for regular educationThis concerns the hiring of flexible workers for all regular courses (this is with the exception of ISK).
Lot 2: teaching and education support staff ISK educationConcerns the hiring of flexible workers for ISK.
