Urban and landscape operational study aimed at the operational follow-up of the design to the realization of a development project.

A full mission is dedicated to communication and animation activities.

As a follow-up to the pre-operational study of strategy, feasibility and urban programming, an urban project management team is looking to develop a neighborhood around the following issues:

- develop a qualitative individual housing offer,

- provide shared common spaces,

- imagine a neighborhood accessible to all,

- replace the inhabitant in the center of the order,

- to be part of an innovative approach from the point of view of supply and assembly.

Urban and operational project management mission. The team will have the following skills:

- VRD project management,

- landscape project management,

- urban planner

- Environmental BET

- communication and citizen participation animation (AMO).

In case of grouping, the representative must be the prime contractor VRD.

It is forbidden to VRD project management, landscaping and urban planning to apply in several groups.

The communication and animation / Citizen Participation (AMO) competency must be carried out by an external service provider belonging to the group.

Cost of the works:

- tranche 1: 1 1457 315,00 EUR excluding tax,

- tranche 2: 456,366.00 EUR before tax.

Interphases: 178 255.00 EUR HT + 84 000,00 EUR HT.
