Provision of an IP Telephony System including LAN Network Infrastructure including extending the current system to SELB HQ by April 2015 and any subsequent extensions to other Boards. In addition this partner will also provide implementation, support and maintenance services for both voice communications and LAN services at all required ELB sites from April 2015 to 31.3.2018 with an option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods.
