The State Office for Immigration and Refugees Schleswig-Holstein (LazuF) operates an initial reception facility and country accommodation as a centre of excellence “Arrival, Distribution and Return” in 24539 Neumünster, Haart 148. The property is normally intended to host up to 650 residents. The laZuF will be represented on site with personnel as the responsible immigration authority and contracting partner.

Residents should be advised and looked after by a care association or company. Your food is ensured via catering. A security service is on site around the clock.

A medical service (AED, corresponds to a general medical practice) is established. A police station is also already set up, which is staffed during the day from Monday to Friday.

The orientation of LazuF as the operator of the state housing (LUK) on the mission statement of the Schleswig-Holstein Immigration Administration must be conceptually lived and supported by the service provider. It serves to anchor a culture of welcome, to carry out high-quality asylum procedures, effective preparation for integration and the goals of integrated return management.

When designing accommodation, advice and care, the particular need for protection of children and other vulnerable groups of people must be taken into account. Appropriate measures for implementation have to be developed and implemented.
