1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the systematic collection and management of municipal waste directly from:

1) owners of domiciled property,

2) owners of properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created,

3) owners of “mixed” properties (in the part where residents reside and in the parts where residents do not reside and municipal waste is created),

4) owners of real estate on which there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes,

5) from family allotment gardens.

and their development, in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

2. Washing plastic stops and emptying street bins and set up in public spaces

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collecting municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and owners of real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, the list of which is attached as Annexes 4-6 to the SWZ located in the Mysłakowice Commune, their transport and management in accordance with applicable law, cleaning of stops and washing of plastic stops, the list of which is attached as Annex 7 to the SWZ, emptying street bins and bins placed in public spaces, the list of which is attached as Annex 8 to the SWZ
