1. The item of the order is periodically repeated deliveries of “Diesel and Heating Oil”.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ and the draft contract which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

— 09.13.51.00-5 Heating oil, including fuel transport service,

4. Place of execution of the order: the issuance of the fuels which are the subject of this contract will be made to the relevant reservoirs of the Ordering Party, Short 1, 26-300 Opoczno, Łódź Voivodeship.

1. The item of the order is periodically repeated deliveries of “Diesel and Heating Oil”.

2. Detailed specification of the object of the contract: the subject matter of the contract under this proceeding shall consist of two tasks:

1) supply: diesel fuel for diesel engines, meeting the requirements of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the monitoring and control system of fuel quality (i.e. OJ 2021, item 133), Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels, dated 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680) and relevant applicable Polish or European standards - EN 590. The subject of the contract also consists of a transport service in/w fuel. The estimated quantity of diesel fuel ordered per month is: 22 m3, delivered every 2 weeks in approximately 11 m3each. The projected total quantity of the object of the contract for the duration of the contract is: 264 m3;

2) supply: light fuel oil, complying with the requirements of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system for monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e. OJ 2021, item 133), Regulation of the Minister of Energy on methods of testing the quality of light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and the engine oil for inland navigation vessels of 21 May 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 584). The subject of the order also consists of a transport service in/in fuel. The estimated quantity of procured heating oil on the scale of the heating period (September to May) is: 24 m3, carried out according to the needs of the Ordering Party.
