HOAI Part 3, Section 3 Engineering Works — Development Planning (Step Contract)
Planning services are to be commissioned in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 3 Engineering Structures - Development Planning.
The order is placed in stages.
- 1st stage: creation of Z-Bau (up to LP 3),
- 2nd stage realization (LP 4-9).
Hall building: - on the upper floor: cycle track 250 m with e.g. 2-field hall in the interior
- on the ground floor: function rooms and parking lots
