1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and nursery management, to be carried out in the Kliniska Forest District in 2023.

2. The item of the order was divided into 5 parts.

The proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) to (4) of the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710). In accordance with the aforementioned provisions, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection and timber harvesting and harvesting, to be performed in the Kliniska Forest District in 2023. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, resulting from Annex 2 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract, which consists of:

planned size of work, detailed size of work by groups of activities, activities and location; forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; a statement of the distance and conditions of harvesting wood; listing items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; a list of items not made available for machine extraction; information on the optimal technology of harvesting wood (potential); information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); a list of items not made available for renewal with the planter.
