TU-Ilmenau is writing an Experimental FLIO platform for the installation of the MicroImaging Laboratory with the following lots:
1) excitation and detection components for a Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) system;
2) Confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope (cSLO) with fiber input and output as well as correction of eye movements.
Components for fluorescence excitation and detection are needed to construct an experimental Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Ophthalmoscope (FLIO) system.
In order to be able to carry out time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) measurements of autofluorescence photons on the ocular fundus, a device based on a confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope (cSLO) is required, which has the described properties.
