The purpose of the consultation is to provide telecommunications services for the CAV and the municipalities of the agglomeration. This call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This consultation will be carried out in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. This framework agreement has taken the form of a group of orders made up of the following members: the Agglomeration Community of Vesoul; the Colombier-Montcey SIVU; the town of Colombier; the municipality of Montcey; the municipality of Montigny-les-Vesoul; the town of Pusy-Epenoux; the commune of Vaivre-et-Montoille and the commune of Vesoul. In this context, the Agglomeration Community of Vesoul (CAV) is appointed coordinator of the grouping of orders.
