1. The subject of the contract is the management and administration of buildings and premises owned by the Municipality of Nowa Ruda.
The total area of residential and commercial premises located in buildings wholly owned by the Commune is – 26 116.50 m², including residential premises – 23 391.57 m², commercial premises – 2 724.93 m²
The total area of residential and commercial premises located in buildings in which the housing community operates is – 66 916.70 m², including residential premises – 66 021.71 m², commercial premises – 894.99 m²
The total area of belonging premises housed in freestanding outbuildings is — 3,457.48 m²
The areas of the resource are given as at the date of preparation of the Terms of Reference.
Other obligations of the Contractor:
The Contractor is obliged to dispose of premises for the seat of the administration office in the Municipality of Nowa Ruda or declare the establishment of such an office within the deadline
