This consultation concerns the supply of individual and collective composters and aeration equipment, as well as a storage and distribution service. As part of a global approach to reduce the tonnages of waste collected, the Loire Forez agglomeration wants to massively equip its inhabitants with composters. In addition, within the framework of the Agec law, our Public Establishment for Intermunicipal Cooperation must offer a bio-waste sorting solution to the inhabitants of its territory from 01/01/2024. The local authority wishes to acquire composting equipment (composters and aeration equipment) in order to meet the needs of the inhabitants in individual housing (400 L composters) and apartments (collective composters of different capacities). The community also wants a solution for the storage and distribution of this composting material
