Vestvågøy Municipality is continuing electrifying its vehicle fleet and would like tenders for 4 new electric vehicles with an option for 4 additional electric vehicles, which will function as a part of the municipal health and mastering services. The vehicles will be used year round on all municipal roads. This means that the vehicles must be reliable in the winter on snow and icy roads as well as in poor snow clearing, and on all types of roads where inhabitants live.

Vestvågøy municipality already has 24 electric vehicles in operational service. The aim of this procurement is to increase the proportion of electric vehicles in its vehicle fleet.
