Supply of electricity to facilities owned or managed by the Kędzierzyn-Koźle Commune and municipal legal persons in 2024
The scope of the contract includes the supply of electricity for the purpose of supplying power to facilities owned or managed by the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle and municipal legal persons, listed in Annex 11 - List of contracting entities.
1. The contract covered 793 EE collection points supplying buildings, premises, commercial facilities, street lighting, street traffic lights and plumbing and heating installations.
These facilities, their administrators and EE collection points are described in detail in Annex 9 to the SWZ - Demand for EE - summary table, published in an electronic version on the website of the proceedings being an integral part of the SWZ.
2. The annual demand for electricity was set at 13 458 879,70 kWh (with the right of option approx. 14131 823,69 kWh). This is a guide value.
3. The division by types of tariffs is included in Annex 10 to the SWZ - Balance of demand for EE according to tariffs.
4. Before the conclusion of a detailed agreement or during its validity, the Ordering Party reserves the right to choose a tariff other than the one currently in force for a given EE collection point (listed in Annex 9 to the SWZ), provided that the requirements set by the Distribution System Operator (DSO) are met.
5. On the basis of a general agreement concluded by the Contracting Authority with the selected Contractor (EE supplier), detailed contracts will be concluded by individual administrators of facilities in which individual EE collection points are located.
6. Determination of the expected consumption of electricity is an element used only to determine the value of the contract and does not constitute the obligation of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities.
7. Each customer listed in Annex 11 to the SWZ - List of contracting entities, will independently conclude an individual agreement for the distribution of electricity.
