The offer includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of the National Electricity Supply Authority's existing electricity price portal (hereafter the solution). The solution is a digital comparison portal where the solution users themselves report information to. The Supply Inspectorate handles first-level support for the solution's users.
The Supply Authority offers an assignment on operation, support, maintenance and further development of the electricity price portal, elpris.dk (hereafter the solution). The offer is thus a delivery contract that includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of the solution.
The supply authority will be the contracting authority and contracting party in relation to the supplier selected.
The solution is a comparison portal for electricity prices and terms in the Danish retail electricity market. The solution is aimed at both private consumers and businesses with electricity consumption of up to 100,000 kWh per year. The electricity trading companies have an obligation at all times to report correct and relevant information about their products to the solution.
The purpose of the comparison portal is to enable consumers to form an overview of the supply of the various electrical products and associated prices in an easy and transparent way.
The Supply Authority is responsible for the electricity price portal, both in connection with the operation and further development of the electricity price portal.
According to Statutory Order no. l, be free and publicly available on the Internet and ensure transparency about electricity prices, discounts and terms. Therefore, among other things, Particular attention will be paid to the user-friendliness of the portal to ensure high usability, especially in relation to electricity consumers.
The solution has the following main features:
1) One entry for each of the 3 parent user groups respectively. electricity consumers, electricity dealers and the Supply Authority;
2) A service / system interface, primarily for electricity dealers, for automatic reporting and updating of electricity prices and electrical products;
3) A service / system interface for extracting raw data for electricity prices and electricity products;
4) Specific functional areas of the electricity price portal, in particular:
(a) Inform the electricity market,
(b) Compare electricity products based on the electricity consumer's situation / profile, so as to ensure a high degree of flexibility in changing comparisons,
(c) Create and maintain master data on electricity traders,
(d) Associate and maintain electricity products and electricity prices, so as to ensure a high degree of flexibility in relation to new / changed products, etc.,
(e) Monitor and quality assure / validate reports on electricity prices and electricity products,
(f) Low statistical extracts.
The main services offered include: following:
A. Operation:
The supplier undertakes to operate the solution, including:
- in the ongoing running of the solution,
- ensuring that operations meet the agreed service objectives,
- by backing up systems that are part of the solution, and
- by monitoring the state of the solution.
B. Support:
The supplier undertakes to support the system, including:
- at a service desk where the client's inquiries regarding. incidents, errors and issues (support) are addressed,
- by answering various technical questions from the contractor's contact persons. daily operations,
- in dealing with errors and incidents, and
- Assist the client with the transfer to a new supplier.
D. Further development:
The supplier undertakes, after ordering from the client and the conclusion of agreements, to carry out further development, including among other things. additions of additional functionality to the solution. See further in II.2.14).
