1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of municipal waste collection and management services from the owners of real estate where residents live and where there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. The municipal waste collection service covers all residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Inowłódz Commune and equipping the above-mentioned properties with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste and containers and bags for collecting segregated waste. The contractor is obliged to collect any amount of municipal waste generated on the above-mentioned properties displayed in front of the property.

2. The scope of the contract shall include the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill as part of the entrusted task.

3. The Contractor's duties shall include in particular:

- equipping, free of charge and at its own expense, real estate registered by the Ordering Party in single-family and multi-family buildings with the necessary containers (containers) for the collection of mixed waste, as well as collection of containers after the end of the contract;

- equipping, free of charge and at its own expense, real estate registered by the Ordering Party in single-family buildings with bags for selective collection of municipal waste, and in multi-family buildings with containers for selective collection of municipal waste, as well as collection of containers after the end of the contract;

- collection and management of bulky waste, waste electronic and electrical equipment and used tyres during touring collections;

- collection and management of municipal waste collected by the Ordering Party at the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point;

- collection and management of waste from owners of real estate for which a decision referred to in Article 6(7) of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities has been issued (substitute execution);

- conducting inspections of selectively collected municipal waste from residential areas, as well as where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes. Keeping detailed records and documentation in this respect.

Attention:

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in ANNEX 10 to the SWZ.

2. The contracting authority recommends a visit to the Municipality of Inowłódz in order to assess, on its own responsibility, cost and risk, all factors necessary to prepare the offer, price the contract and conclude the contract and perform the contract. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the contractor.
