The contract covered by these Special Specifications concerns:

Liaison building:

Construction of a new building (ground floor +2) on the hillside between 2 existing buildings.

A junction will be made with the building on the right as well as interior fittings.

On level +2, a rear terrace will be made with development of the hill

Dialysis:

Construction of a new building consisting of a semi-buried level -1, a ground floor + 5 (roof) and a

heliport on the roof. Levels +2 and +3 are cascos (excluding airlock)

The partial demolition of the old dialysis that will become a temporary car park.

The transformation of a room (including bathroom) in the existing building B2 (Godelet) extended by

a connecting gateway connecting the +1 new dialysis to +1 B2 (operating room, intensive care)

The activity of the old dialysis will be maintained for the time of... (see contract documents)
