The OPZ contains the scope of deliveries that the Contractor will be obliged to perform under the basic order and the order covered by the option right in the scope of part II. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 orders.

under the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the order covered by the option right.
