Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal provider according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to set up outreach coaching for the catchment area of all job centers in the Bergstraße district.
As part of the outreach coaching, employees of the measure provider should visit the described target group in their living space in order to lead them back into case management. The outreach persons are to offer help in order to successively show ways of integration into the labour market, cooperation with the service provider and other labour market partners. Essential features here are the invitation to interviews at the job center or the forwarding to a suitable measure.

We define the measurable goals as follows:
•In the case of a return to case management, a rate of 70% is to be achieved
•A quota of 20% should be achieved in the case of placement in a follow-up measure
B.1.2 Participants
Employable beneficiaries who apply for or already receive benefits under the Second Social Code at Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter- and are overwhelmed with their personal situation and can no longer be reached by case management for a variety of reasons, as well as people who have withdrawn and refuse to cooperate with the job center/case management for a variety of reasons and with the usual means such as Cover letters, calls or contact via the field service can no longer be reached.
60 places are to be made available.
If necessary, an increase in the total number of participants by up to 20% can be agreed in writing at any time by mutual agreement. The reference value for determining the increase in the number of participants is the number of participants in the lot and price sheet on which the tender procedure is based. The same conditions apply to the additional participant places, in particular they are remunerated at the agreed monthly cost rate.
