Engineering services for the expansion of Saarburger Straße, Trierer Straße, Schlesienstraße, Am Eiderberg in the municipality of Freudenburg
The local municipality of Freudenburg and the Verbandsgemeindewerke Saarburg-Kell are planning to expand the former Eiderberg construction area in 2023 and subsequent years
The former Eiderberg building area is located in the northeastern area of the village. A total of four roads are to be expanded. The expansion area covers a total traffic area of 12,948 m² (Saarburger Straße = 6,623 m², Trierer Straße = 2,100 m², Schlesienstraße = 1,700 m², Am Eiderberg 2,525 m²).
On the part of the Verbandsgemeindewerke Saarburg-Kell, the condition of the public facilities was recorded and evaluated.
There is an immediate need for action in the area of drinking water supply. The existing drinking water supply systems in the "Eiderberg" expansion area are in need of renewal. This includes around 1,600 m of drinking water pipeline and fittings and approx. 110 drinking water house connections.
In the case of public sewage disposal systems, the house connections to the main sewer (mixed water), as well as the main sewer, which have not been properly made, must be rehabilitated in a closed construction.
The subject of the tender is the provision of engineering services in service phases 1-3 and 5-9 in the service areas of civil engineering structures - water supply (§41 HOAI), engineering structures - wastewater disposal (§41 HOAI) and traffic facilities (§45 HOAI). A phased allocation is envisaged. Performance level 1 includes service phases 1-3 and performance level 2 includes service phases 5-9. The services based on performance level 1 are optionally advertised. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the further service level.
Construction is scheduled for 2023/2024. The planning services are to be provided immediately after the assignment.
In accordance with § 17 Abs. 11 VgV, the client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the original offers without conducting negotiations.
