Participation competition for the negotiated procedure for the expansion of the VDI infrastructure for the district of Emsland

In the last two years, the district of Emsland has established a VDI infrastructure based on its fundamental digitization strategy.

On the basis of the VDI infrastructure, the following services were essentially realized:

• Home-Office und

• Mobilisation of jobs

• Flexible distribution of workstations within the administrative organization

The current VDI environment is initially limited to 500 parallel users and is to be expanded to include services for a further 500 participants as part of this call.

The previous VDI infrastructure was built on the basis of an HCI environment with the manufacturer components of the company "Nutanix".

The expansion of the VDI infrastructure must be carried out with the same hardware and software components, so that complete compatibility of the entire VDI infrastructure is ensured.

• 500 MS-Office Standard 2021 LTSC (optional)

o Setting up the systems

o Documentation of the system setup

o Annual system check

o Operational support according to expenditure

o Preparation of the overall system for acceptance
