This tender is aimed at the delivery of paper during the term of the agreement to the institutions that are participants in the purchasing collective. The contracting authority has formulated the following global objectives:

- supply of paper at competitive, fair rates based on transparency,

- optimization of purchasing and the purchasing process (ordering),

- the highest possible delivery reliability,

- participant-oriented approach and implementation.

Scope of the tender.

The scope of the tender consists of, but is not limited to, the following types of paper:

- blank A4 and A3 75 grams / m 2 ,

- color A4 and A3 75 grams / m 2 ,

- color A4 120 gram / m 2 ,

- blank A4 160 g / m 2 ,

- color A3 160 grams / m 2 .

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer for a fixed period of four (4) years. There are no extensions. The present contract in this tender represents an indicative value of EUR 150,000 per year.
