The subject of the contract includes services consisting in the successive management of waste with the code 19 08 05, coming from the sewage treatment plant belonging to Sosnowieckie Wodociągi S.A., through their transport and recovery, with the exception of recovery referred to in Article 96 of the Act of 14 December 2012
on waste, hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act" and treatment of stabilized municipal sewage sludge in installations – in cases of their use as part of reclamation or management of facilities that are installations (including landfills).
The subject of the order was divided into 6 lots.
