With the state data network ITN-XT, the state of Saxony-Anhalt provides a requirement-met, encrypted communication infrastructure for all authorities and institutions of the state administration as well as municipalities and schools. The ITN-XT is intended to ensure reliable, confidential and honest communication between the

Participants, with a wide variety of administrative tasks, are prepared and ensured. In order to meet this requirement, the network installation (LAN) on the authority site MF is to be implemented within the framework of a GNUE. In addition to the network installation, the following measures must also be implemented for the MF property within the framework of the GNUE:

- Renewal of the ventilation and air-conditioning systems on the 3rd floor and in the consulting rooms

- Conversion of ceiling lighting to LED (offices, corridors)

- Preparation of the building automation

- Drainage of the basement

- Crack repair of the façade of the old building on the courtyard side

- Overhaul of façade painting (Freiligrathstraße)

- Painterly renovation of all rooms and corridors, if necessary replacement of the floor coverings

- Implementation of the safety recommendation of the LKA

Part of the construction project are all services required to implement the creation of the data network in the building complex. Part of the measure is therefore the migration or renewal of the secondary and tertiary network of the building complex, including the necessary

Power supply in the building. The necessary structural services for the repair of components and areas that are damaged in the course of the construction of the data network and similar, accompanying work must be taken into account in the project.

The construction project must be divided into construction areas, or planned and executed in construction phases. The execution of the planned construction work takes place during ongoing operation of the entire building complex. However, the freedom of construction of the respective construction phases is guaranteed for the execution of the work. The

approved building application dated 14.04.2022 forms the basis of the planning for the aforementioned services as well as the basis for the preparation of the advance cost report (KVMBau). The submission of the KVMBau (conclusion LPH 2, pro rata LPH 3 with early cost calculation) is planned for 04/2024. The construction of the GNUE should be completed by 08/2027.

The following cost estimate can be named for the project (as of IV/2021): KG 300 approx. € 23 million (gross); KG 400 approx. € 12 million (gross); Total construction costs (KG 200-700) approx. € 41 million (gross)
