The tender contest applies to a framework agreement for the procurement of an internet-based course catalogue.

The Research Council of Norway, c/o HR, Documentation, and Operations, extends an invitation to an open tender contest for the procurement of an internet-based course catalogue.

The Research Council of Norway puts a lot of weight on being an attractive and modern employer, including through giving managers and employees good possibilities to develop their competence. The Research Council of Norway has also implemented a hybrid working day, with flexibility for employees to work from home in combination with being present at the office. In order to be a future orientated entity, and to cover training and development needs in a flexible and efficient way, we would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer of an internet-based course catalogue.

We would like to enter into a contract for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year.

The estimated value of the contract for the entire contract period, including options, is estimated to be NOK 4,000,000.
