Planning services for technical building equipment, groups of installations 4 and 5 (HOAI, §53 ff, Lph. 3-4, 5-7 and 8-9) The city of Aalen intends to develop a school campus Braunenberg on the existing site of the current Braunenberg School.
The concept envisages the spatial integration of a 3-group day care center (extension option to 6 groups - this is not part of this procedure, however), a full-time elementary school and a special education and counseling center (SBBZ).
It is intended to phase out the work phases in line with the funding. There is no legal claim to the commission of further service phases. The scope of services includes all planning tasks and all necessary additional services that belong to the proper and complete execution of the planning or are required.

In the field of electrical engineering, the construction of a new technical center including NSHV is required. In addition, replacement of the ELA system is necessary. The connection and renewal of the sunscreen, an extension and upgrading of the existing EDP systems are also part of the measure. In addition, there are partial fire safety upgrades and a renewal of emergency lighting. The lightning protection is new to build, adapt the exterior lighting.
The extension and refurbishment measures are carried out in 3 consecutive construction phases:
1st BA:
- demolition / demolition connecting building between pavilion East and West,
- partial demolition of the existing pavilion plant; Roof renovation,
- New construction of a 3-group kindergarten,
- Renovation of Gymnasium East,
- New building full day care in the EC with Teilunterkellerung.
The cost (Kgr. 200-700) is roughly estimated at 4.60 million EUR net. Planned completion: until 06/2022.
2.BA:
- Inventory rehabilitation primary school,
- Extension class tract,
- new administration,
- Renovation pavilion for specialist rooms.
The costs for this (Kgr. 200-700) are roughly estimated at 3.49 million EUR net. Planned completion: until 03/2024.
3rd BA:
- Conversion of the Special Education and Counseling Center.
The cost of this (Kgr. 200-700) is roughly estimated at EUR 1.32 million net. Planned completion: until 02/2025.
A planning overview of the individual construction phases is enclosed with the tender documents.
The presented measures are based on a feasibility study, which was created about the upcoming project. For this purpose, the preliminary planning with a planning depth up to and including Lph. 2 already created and set up a room program.
Any further planning must be based on these requirements, which have already been agreed upon and approved by the responsible bodies.
For the extension and refurbishment of the Bildunsgcampus Braunenberg, the planning services Technical Building Equipment, Facility Groups 4 and 5 (HOAI, §53 ff, Lph. 3-4, 5-7 and 8-9) are to be awarded.
In the first commissioning stage, first, the service phases 3 and possibly 4 (design planning and approval planning) are to be commissioned in accordance with § 53 HOAI. The respective construction phases are also retrieved individually.
There is no legal entitlement to commission further service phases or stages of assignment with regard to extension and / or reorganization (see II.2.11)).
