1. The subject of the order is the gradual delivery of specialized equipment for the hemodynamic laboratory, i.e. guidewires, catheters and stents, introductors, etc. in accordance with the Price Form, which is an attachment to this Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order. The delivered equipment must have a minimum validity period of 10 months on the day of delivery.

2. Deliveries will be made on a commission basis.
