Ordered object:
1. Collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (emptying of containers from municipal waste and transport of this waste to places of their disposal) and their management (subject to recovery or disposal),
2. Collection and management of waste from selective waste collection directly from residential areas and selective waste collection points.
3. Residential real estate equipment with containers and bags for municipal waste
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) Receiving all unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (emptying containers of municipal waste and transporting that waste to sites of development) and its development (including recycling or disposal).
2) Selective receipt of all types of municipal waste from residential property owners from selective collection (emptying containers of municipal waste, receiving bags of municipal waste, collection of waste in big bag bags from before the property and transporting these waste to their sites of use) as well as their development, in particular the following types of selectively received municipal waste:
(a) biowaste,
(b) glass, including glass packaging,
(c) paper, including packaging of paper and cardboard,
(d) metals and plastics, including plastic packaging and multi-plant packaging,
(e) furniture and other large-sized waste;
(f) hazardous waste, including paints, solvents, waste oils;
(g) expired medicines and chemicals,
h) used batteries and batteries;
(i) waste electrical and electronic equipment;
(j) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;
(k) used tyres coming from the household.
3) Equipment of property inhabited with containers and bags for municipal waste:
(a) in accordance with the applicable Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Community of Wojkowice, and
(b) in accordance with the applicable resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of services provided for the collection of municipal waste from property owners from the territory of the Community of Wojkowice and the development of such waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owners management of municipal waste.
